FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

Most repairs are completed in 3 to 5 business days after I receive your glove. Vintage restorations or heavily damaged gloves may take longer — I'll give you an honest estimate upfront.

Yes — fielder gloves, catcher mitts, first base mitts, and softball gloves of all sizes. If it's a ball glove, I can work on it.

Text or email me a photo of your glove and describe what it needs. I'll send you a quote. Once approved, ship it to me via UPS. When the work is done I'll ship it back — flat $7 return shipping fee. Simple as that.

I stock a variety of colors and have most common ones on hand. Some specialty colors may need to be ordered — if that's the case I'll let you know upfront and it may add a couple days to the turnaround. Just tell me what you're looking for when you reach out.

Send me a photo and I'll tell you exactly what it needs — no charge for the assessment. I'm not going to upsell you on work your glove doesn't need.

Payment is due when you pick up your glove or before I ship it back. I accept Venmo, Cash App, and cash.

I'm good at what I do but I'm not a miracle worker. If the leather is completely rotted through, the palm is cracked beyond repair, or the structure is gone — I'll tell you straight up rather than take your money. Some gloves are past saving and you deserve an honest answer, not false hope and a bill.

Yes — vintage restoration is one of my favorite things to do. Whether it's a glove from the 70s or something your grandfather played with, I treat it with the respect it deserves. Starting at $150, assessed individually based on condition.
